CEO of INTER RAO — Management of Electric Power Plants Alexandr Koreshev was awarded the title of Honorary Power Engineer

CEO of LLC INTER RAO — Management of Electric Power Plants (the management company of JSC Inter RAO — Electric Power Plants) Alexandr KORESHEV was awarded the title of Honorary Power Engineer in May 2019.

He was awarded the title for his substantial contribution to the development of the fuel and energy complex, many years of working diligently and in relation to commissioning of Pregolskaya TPP.

Pregolskaya TPP (Kaliningrad) with the capacity of 455.2 MW was put into operation on March 6, 2019. The power plant was built as part of the project on ensuring energy security in the Kaliningrad Region implemented by order of the President of the Russian Federation and in accordance with the instructions of the Russian Government.
